This application is the first step in determining whether private coaching with me is a good fit for where you are and where you want to go.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you apply. I simply want to understand what’s happening in your life right now, what you would like to change, and whether you’re ready to actively participate in that change.

There is no payment required to apply, and submitting an application does not obligate you to enroll.

I personally review each application. You can expect to hear from me within two business days.

Private coaching will sometimes involve being asked questions that challenge your assumptions, beliefs, patterns, or the story you’ve been telling yourself. How do you feel about that?

By submitting this application, I understand that private coaching with Latoya is life coaching and is not therapy, counseling, mental-health treatment, trauma treatment, or crisis care. I also understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into private coaching.
